Inc. Magazine Honors Quality Float Works, Inc. as One of Top 5,000 Privately Held Businesses in America

Inc. Magazine has announced Quality Float Works, Inc., a Schaumburg area manufacturer, has been named one of the top 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the nation. This is the second consecutive year Quality Float Works, Inc. has been named to the exclusive list. The 2008 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. Since 2003, Quality Float Works, Inc. has seen a 105% increase in revenue due to developing a technological innovation that has allowed them to compete in the global marketplace. Today, their Ray Ban outlet products are used in gas, oil, plumbing and agricultural applications throughout Asia, Canada and Europe to help purify water in developing nations. By taking advantage of the weakened dollar, the company has penetrated new markets abroad.

“We are extremely honored to earn consecutive awards and be included among some of the nation’s most successful companies who are dedicated to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit,” said Sandra Westlund-Deenihan, President, Quality Float Works, Inc.

“This award recognizes our continued success in providing innovative solutions for our customers both here and abroad. We’ve been able to sustain growth and thrive in lieu of a weakened economy,” said Jason Speer, Vice President, Quality Float Works, Inc.
