Jason Speer to Serve as Charter Member of Newly Launched Advisory Council

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the nation’s largest business association representing more than 3 million businesses, has tapped manufacturing executive, Jason Speer, to serve as a charter member of their newly created Corporate Leadership Advisory Council. This committee will include forward-thinking industry cheap oakley leaders whose mission is to shape public policy for mid market business and provide a persuasive voice before Congress and the Administration. Jason Speer serves as Vice President and General Manager of Quality Float Works, Inc., which was recently honored by Inc magazine in their Top 5000 list of fastest growing businesses in America.
“I am excited about this opportunity to partner with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to develop pro-growth economic policies that improve the climate for businesses throughout the nation,” said Jason Speer.
At the age of 31, Jason Speer has contributed greatly to the manufacturing industry and been a leader in developing policies on the state and national levels. He founded the company’s Quality Float Valve division, an innovation that led to a 50 percent growth in sales and a 13 percent increase in international sales. Today, Quality Float Works, Inc. is a global competitor that exports to Asia, Canada and Europe.
This recognition by his peers to serve on the http://www.troakley.com/ committee is another in a long line of leadership positions he holds with manufacturing and business associations. He serves as the first representative of a small company on the National Association of Manufacturers Public Affairs Committee. In addition, he serves in leadership capacities with the National Federation of Independent Business, Illinois Manufacturing Association, Schaumburg Business Association and the Streamwood Chamber of Commerce.
